Expats being investors, experts, technical workers, etc. when entering Vietnam for employment or business shall be granted 1-year-validity-period visas or considered being granted temporary resident cards (TRCs) with validity period of 1 – 3 years if they satisfy all provisions of Vietnam Law as below:
- Having a work permit
- Being exempt from work permit with a certification by Vietnam’s competent agencies.
